Eastern Point of the Americas

So Joao Pessoa has a cool claim to fame. It includes the Eastern Point of the Americas (Not including Greenland). We took a Saturday to check out the point. It's on a high point so you can see the coast and ocean for miles. It was a hot morning (like most so we opted to drink some agua de coco (coconut water).

There is also a lighthouse on the point and some fun art.

This week we also saw a rainbow over the ocean! it was so beautiful
