Playing with Grandma and Grandpa

This Easter Grandma and Grandpa Haake came to visit. We had fun spending time with them. Pace and Grant loved to lay on Grandma and Grandpa's bed and have them read their bedtime story every night. Pace even got to show grandma and Grandpa around his preschool. We went to Wahiawa Botanical Garden

We went to the beach and buried Grandpa ... Louis love that.

We too Grandma and Grandpa to 'Ehukai trail and discovered a whole new bunker.

We went to Paradise cove luau.

We went to several parks

We decorated eggs with dye and fingernail polish, my Dad's amazing idea. It was fun for the boys to paint on the eggs.

Here are a few highlights from our egg hunt.

Yeah, I had to help Louis. He wasn't that into it this year.

Also, my parents took Pace and Grant to explore the Punchbowl so Jake and I could do a hike together. We hike to the pink pill boxes. It was a short fun hike. A storm whipped up while we were on top which made it really exciting. I crawled along the ridge for a bit.

We also went to the Bishop museum, and they had a special Dinosaur exhibit.

We had so much fun playing with Grandma and Grandpa we were sad to have them go. Pace cried the whole way home from the airport, poor guy.

After that life went back to normal...as normal as it can be with 3 crazy boys running around

although we did have another cool visitor

We tried on the most fashionable of accessories.

We finally got our new paddle boards and took the boys for a ride...which was so fun. They did great! Grand and Daddy did flip once and Grand cried for quite a bit. But when we got back he excitedly asked me if I had gotten a picture of him and daddy going under the water...alas I couldn't catch that gem.
