Haake Christmas 2021

We finally had a much needed visit home to see family.  What a blessing it was to be all together.  We were all able to get together in the Haake family for Christmas except for Zach and Kelly (who were unfortunately sick and we missed them!).  But it was an exciting week for the boys we played hard and had fun.

Kai sizing himself up for a carry on, yep we could definitely carry him onto the plane.

Jane's (and Kai's) first time to meet my brothers

One of our first days there we went to the Fannie May Chocolate Factory (we miss you Harry London)

My parents took us on a walk near their house to see buffalo

We're so lucky we got to go on a tour of the Akron zoo with Aunt Liz, she's a zoo keeper there.

We met Caroline and David and their family at the zoo too and got to hang out

Uncle Mike and Jake took the older boys to a trampoline park.  They both seemed tired after.  I went and hung out with Beth and Caroline.

Haha! Uncle Mike

Christmas morning was fun.  My parents got us all books, which was really fun.

Us recreating a childhood photo, now I just need to get the original from my mom.

Chilling with Aunt Beth
We had so much fun hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa Haake.  We're so thankful we could be there and hang out with everyone.  We played lots of fun games (including a cheese grating competition), watched movies, played piano duets, and made gingerbread houses.  It was perfect!
