It is hard to believe Grant is one. He is a bundle of joy who smiles at everyone. He has recently learned to wave and loves to play peek-a-boo. He even covers his own eyes. He loves reading books. He drives matchbox cars around and loves to babble. He says Mama, and I think he actually knows what he means. He grew his upper outer teeth before his middle upper teeth, so he is our little vampire, but the middle ones are starting to grow in too. He's still our bald little baby, but it makes him that much cuter. We just love this guy and were happy to celebrate his big day with him.
Pace loves to play with him, and sometimes forgets that he is littler because they get along so well.
Thanks to all our family for birthday gifts. He loves them...and so does Pace.
We were also able to enjoy his birthday by heading up to City Museum in St. Louis. It is AWESOME! If you are ever in St. Louis it is worth the visit. Industrial "junk" Made into a beautiful maze full of slides and artwork. We had lots of fun exploring. We forgot our camera, so you'll just have to go check it out for ourselves. We also went out for sandwiches and ice cream at Fountain on Locust! Yum!
