Bon Appetit!

We have recently been trying to get Pace to eat what we're eating at the table.  I say trying because this guy is selective about taste, color, texture, etc.  He is one of the few kids we know who won't even eat a syrup drenched waffle.  But not to worry there are plenty of things that he does eat.

We have also discovered that it is great entertainment to watch this guy eat.  He likes to do jazz hands, rub food in his hair, and more while eating.  Here are a few moments that we captured.
Yum!

Jazz Hands

Here is a clip of when Pace decided eating with a fork just wasn't fast enough for him!
Sometimes he even pretends to eat.  He loves playing with dishes.  And even though it is a toy mountain in this clip, Pace sees it as a bowl.

But of course we have to get the veggies that Pace will hardly eat from somewhere, so here is an update on our garden.  We have cucumbers, green beans (even if there were only a couple), tomatoes, and peppers.  Pace loves to help out in the garden.  Here he is trying to water the plants a few weeks ago (there are tomatoes on them now).

On a more unrelated topic Pace has taken up some new activities and enjoyed some new toys.

He gets just as excited for walks as Penny does now (it may have something to do with stopping off at the playground).

Here he is so excited for us to set up his tricycle.

And here he is enjoying his new cell phone.  We knew he would love it, he always has been a talker.

I know this post has been all about Pace, but I am a proud mom.  Can you blame me?  I mean look how cute this little guy is!!
