So, I love being home with Pace. It is really great blessing to see all the changes and cute things that he does. But sometimes I wish that Jake got to see all of the little cute things that I witness everyday, so I try to capture them as often as possible (which is not as often as I would like, because the camera is so much fun for Pace that he drops whatever he is doing when I bring it out). But I was able to capture a few, so I though I would share.

Here is what I think is Pace's first attempt to dance to the music of one of his toys, but you can be the judge of whether you think he is dancing or not.
And it is fun to watch him enjoy toy packages as much as the actual toys (although to be honest this little car and watching it roll across the bathroom floor may be one of his favorites).
Other news is that here in Missouri we have been having roller coaster weather, and I know that a lot of other areas are having that as well. Here it is really crazy, as in yesterday it was in the 70ies (all day even into the evening, we even got to grill) and today it is a blizzard out. It is really throwing us for a loop. Pace loves being outside when it is warm, but now that he knows what a pleasure that is he is much more hesitant about going out when it is colder, even when we bundle up. This makes it harder to take Penny for her daily walks, which she absolutely loves. But we make it work, and the funny thing is that after it has been cold for a bit Pace doesn't mind it at all. I think I am ready for it to start warming up, but if this extra warming and freezing means that our local ticks don't make it then bring it on!
