So we went to my 36 week appointment and he has dropped down and he is ready to come.  I still hope he hangs on for a couple more weeks.  Although he definitely feels heavier now that he has dropped.  We are now official owners of a car seat, so we can actually take him home from the hospital.  We've done a little more shopping so we feel a little more prepared for him.  Can't wait to meet this little guy :)
