Our wonderful friends the Erwins invited us to Friendsgiving the Sunday before Thanksgiving. It was lovely to be with friends and enjoy some good food. Plus, added bonus (maybe because I just had a baby), I got chose to make only the easy foods: mashed potatoes, gravy, and cupcakes. It was such a good time.

The boys also disguised turkeys for school projects. Grant made a pilot turkey and Pace made a Harry Potter turkey.
For actual Thanksgiving I decided I still didn't want to cook so we headed to Tama Hills to stay in a cabin, enjoy some activities, and eat their Thanksgiving feast.

We played at the park and all the pictures I took of the kids were so cute I just have to share them all.

The food was also delicious and we had fun in the cabin, The next day we headed on to a new adventure.
